Peanut Butter Split Pregnancy Smoothie
- 1 cup low-fat chocolate soy or almond milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 banana frozen
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
