Creamy Avocado Pregnancy Smoothie

A tasty blend of macro- and micro-nutrients!

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 avocado peeled, seed removed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup plain yogurt


  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add a few pieces of ice if you like it slushy.
