  • 1 cup low fat milk or soy milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.
  • Add a few pieces of ice if you like it slushy.
