Radish, Asparagus and Pea Summer Salad

  • 400 g purple sprouting broccoli
  • 300 g asparagus
  • 200 g radish
  • 200 g podded peas
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 50 ml grapeseed, rapeseed or other vegetable oil
  • 1 lime retrieve the zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
